What Cognitive Science Can Bring to Artists and Museums
“What Cognitive Science Can Bring to Artists and Museums” is part of a series of four panels organised by MoCDA, UCL and Hobs3D to discuss the relationship between space and aesthetics.
Helmut Leder (University of Vienna) is one of the world experts in the psychology of aesthetics. Maurice Benayoun (Hong Kong) has adopted a behavioural perspective and neuroscientific techniques in his artistic work. Chantal Eschenfelder (Frankfurt) has opened the doors of the Stadel Museum to several collaborative projects with cognitive scientists.
The panel is moderated by Dr Mariana Babo-Rebelo, neuroscientist at UCL and leader of the scientific project.
