How Virtual Environments and Scenography Affect our Perception of Art
“How Virtual Environments and Scenography Affect our Perception of Art” is part of a series of four panels organised by MoCDA, UCL and Hobs3D to discuss the relationship between space and aesthetics.
This panel brings together artists Snow Yunxue Fu and Gibson/Martelli; Rupert Breheny, tech and VR enthusiast (Google); Hikaru Nissanke, museum designer (OMMX); and Fiona Zisch, architect and neuroscientist (UCL). They discuss how spatial organisation influences the experience of art, and the challenges and opportunities that digital technologies offer for the creation of new artistic and museum environments.
The panel is moderated by Dr Mariana Babo-Rebelo, neuroscientist at UCL and leader of the scientific project.
