After working for over two decades as graphic and web designer, with the emergence of NFT market, Ferris was able to focus on his authorial work, mainly influenced by pop and net.art. He was one of the early 2020 trash artists, a cryptoart movement that questions censorship, copyright and the concept of originality. Raised immersed in remix culture, Ferris sees the web as an abundant source of raw material – pop references, memes, spam, fake news, frauds – to be explored and resignified.
